The apartment is located in a secure residence in the heart of Cap Martin and next to the wonderful city garden "Parc des Oliviers".
Many shops are within walking distance from the apartment.
The littoral trail began 900m from the residence, it is one of the most beautiful coastal path of the Côte d'Azur. And notably famous, by the Cabanon of Le Corbusier as well as Villa Eillen Gray! This trail allows to reach Monaco after a walk of about 1H.
Menton is also accessible on foot through a 40-minute walk along the seaside.
The apartment is 800m from the Carnolès train station, which is two stops from Monaco Monte Carlo in one direction and one stop from Menton in the other, Nice is 25min by train from Carnolès. You can also reach Italy by train, Vingtimiglia in only 15minutes.
The beaches of Roquebrune are accessible in 15min on foot, however the remote and atypical beaches of the Golf Bleu (at one train stop ROQUEBRUNE CAP MARTIN, and accessible by steps only) are 2min by train and constitute one of the most beautiful spot of the region .
Coming from the airport, several options are available, the most convenient being the car or rental car, the apartment having its own parking in a private and secure area.
If you are not transported, the train is also a very good way; The train station of Nice Saint Augustin is a 5 minute walk from the Terminal, the train will take you directly to Carnolès in a few stops. The Carnolès train station is 800m on foot from the residence.
You will find bus number 110 directly in the terminal of the airport, it will lead you either to the Casino of Monaco or to the bus station of Menton from which you can take the free connections of the line 100 and stop at the stop "MAIRIE "In Roquebrune Cap Martin, from there 50m from the residence.
